The Fascia Place offer a comprehensive choice of underground, drainage and soil products. Waste water from your home or business either flows to the main soil stack, and from there directly into the underground drain, or into a trapped gully, directly linked to your drainage system.
Rainwater from gutters should be drained separately so as not to overwhelm your drainage system in a downpour. Connected directly to an underground drainage pipe the water might run into a storm drain beneath the road, or be piped to a soak away somewhere in your garden.

Soil Systems
For more traditional properties, or for those in listed building, or heritage areas we can even supply Cast Iron soil systems.
When specifying a Soil system for your project, you need a system that has been designed specifically for that environment. Our soil systems enable space saving, and flexible installations for efficient removal of wastewater.
Air admittance vales are designed to allow the free entry of air into the sanitary pipework system without the escape of foul gasses into the building. The Floplast External Air Admittance value available in all our depots is the worlds first external version eliminating the need to handle pipe above the roofline.

Our products incorporate the latest blown end technology. Allowing for perfect high-pressure joint connections. Our 110mm pipe and fittings provide an efficient, strong and durable way of removing waste.
Working with innovative design, our 300mm Mini Access Chamber, (MAC) and 450mm Large Inspection Chamber, (LIC) offers an alternative to traditional manholes. Its flexible connection inlets offer an unrivalled flexibility in the underground drainage market.
