Following our recent letter explaining the challenging market conditions we currently
operate in, we continue to receive an unprecedented level of notifications of price
increases from our suppliers. Many of these price hikes are non-negotiable and are
being issued with very little warning.

We continue to monitor the situation and of course will make sure that these increases
are managed well, and to keep you informed as early as possible as to any change.
From the 1st May 2021 we will need to increase the below product ranges in exact
accordance with the increases we have received from the respective suppliers. We will
implement these changes on the dates we receive these increases ourselves. We have
provided you copies of these letters should you wish to share these with your colleagues
and customers.

SWISH BUILDING PRODUCTS:
12% on all Swish branded fascia’s, soffits, and PVC roofline.

CONCORD BUILDING PRODUCTS:
12% on all Concord fascia’s, soffits and PVC roofline products.

KAYFLOW RAINWATER SYSTEMS:
8% on Kayflow Rainwater systems.

STORM BUILDING PRODUCTS:
15% on all Hygiene Boards/Sheets
15% on all PVC Corrugated Sheeting
4% on all Roof Glazing Bars and ancillaries
9% on all 5m lengths of composite decking boards.

PLASTIVAN
7% increase on all Durasid cladding products excluding the Foresta range which will
remain at the same rate.

FREEFOAM
12% on all Fortex embossed cladding and Geo Chorus Internal shower sheets.
