Fascias and Soffits are installed to give support to the eaves (bottom row of tiles), provide a fixing point for the gutter, and to help protect the timber rafters from the weather. We would always recommend installing new fascias however we also stock a range of capping boards, which can save time, and can be straight fixed onto existing, good condition fascias.

Soffits & Ventilation

Soffits are the boards you see most of from street level, and bridge the gap between the outside of your home and the roofline. Circulating air in your roof reduces build up of condensation, which causes damp, mould, and rotten timbers. The fascia place has developed a suite of soffit & ventilation solutions to suit all your needs.

Choose between our range of breather membranes, circular vents, vented soffit boards, or choose plain soffits with over fascia vents. Available in a range of colours, and woodgrain effect finishes for those perfect final touches.
